Hi Bee and everyone

I have been receiving these newsletters for months now and i really

enjoy listening to everyone's journeys.

I have had quite a few symptoms for sometime and 2 weeks ago I started

the Candida diet. I has already improved a lot of my symptoms. For

example psoriasis on my face and lips and scalp has cleared up a lot

and my general well being is a lot better.

I have a couple of questions:

1) I am going to Thailand in April for a month and have been told i

need to get Hep B, Typhoid and tetanus vaccinations. I remember

reading somewhere that vaccinations don't do anything. How bad are

they really? is there a article i could read. Would getting any of

these dieses be worse than getting the vaccination?

2) Is corn allowed? I haven't been eating any carbs however my partner

found some organic blue corn, corn chips and they have no added sugar.

Would they be ok? What about plain or buttered pop corn?

for several reasons: 1) all corn is genetically modified, 2) it
