Hi everyone,

It feels good to be home! I can eat all of my delicious foods just

the way I like them :).

Any ways, I was wondering if I should throw away all of my leftover

supplements/food items (like butter, coconut oil, spices, etc.)

since they went through so many darn x-rays at the airport?

International travel with double immigration really ups your

luggage's radiation exposure.

I put all my stuff in aluminum bags but not sure if they can

withstand all this radiation. Kinda a bummer as I would probably be

throwing out $100 worth of stuff but it's worth it for my health.

BTW, I weighed myself when I got home from trip and I've lost 2

pounds. I'm 1.2 lbs from my " ideal " weight so this is fantastic!

So much for my bitching about how fat I was :). However, I do know

that I've lost some muscle so the weight thing might be a little

sckewed. In this new year, I'm going to be sure to keep at the

exercise, even if I can only do a little as anything helps.

Just want to put out there as I know we've been talking a lot about

weight gain. I'm very pleased with this because keep in mind that

I've reduced my thyroid meds by 1/3.

Keep the faith!

Genevieve
