Guest guest Posted January 9, 2009 Report Share Posted January 9, 2009 I am trying to figure out how to get the right amounts of D and A I take cod liver oil that has 10,000 Vit. A and 1000 vit. D I need 10,000 vit A without vit. D. On the supplement chart Now brand shark liver oil has 10,000A but it mentions it has D but does not state an amount. When I do a google for other brands of shark liver oil they don't mention how much Vit. A they contain. Does anybody have halibut oil they use? Also for egg shell calcium, how long does it take for the egg shells to dry before you can grind them? I get eggs from a local farm and sometimes they are dirty.
