Guest guest
Bee, I appreciate this group so much and am very slowly soaking up all of the information and getting geared up to start. Question: Garlic isn't introduced until later as an antifungal. Does that mean that I should not cook with it at all until then? I love cooking with garlic and without thinking tossed it in my broth I was heating up for lunch yesterday. One more: I was looking at the steps to follow to eliminate foods from the diet [thank you, it's very helpful]. Is there a file already on your site that lists steps/order and specific foods to *add in* as you get into the diet? I found your wonderful list of recipes but I guess I need more guidance. For example, what would be the most important food after CO and sauerkraut? Hope my question makes sense. Thanks, Beth

That's wonderful you are getting ready to start! > > Question: Garlic isn't introduced until later as an antifungal. Does that mean that I should not cook with it at all until then? Guest guest
Hi Beth, I'm not Bee, but I would go ahead and cook with garlic. It just might cause you more die off possibly, that is all. I use it now and then. Also, I just followed Bee's recommended foods when I started. I didn't really eliminate/add, I just followed the allowed foods. Hope that helps, -----Original Message----- Question: Garlic isn't introduced until later as an antifungal. Does that mean that I should not cook with it at all until then? I thought cooked garlic was fine and I always put a ton of it in my food. On that note, when I start taking the 2nd antifungal, which will be raw garlc, should I take less or still do the recommended 4 to 5 a day? inda
