Hi Bee

Hope you're doing well .... just a question what the heck is going on with me

..... I'm following the program very strict but it seems everyday I'm gaining

weight. It's scaring me as I should not be gaining weight on this type of diet.

It's carbs and sugar that usually causes weight gain and I have no sugar and

very low carbs only from some vegetables. What do you think is going on? Could

it be from the butter and coconut oil?

All my clothes are getting tight and I don't like that feeling at all.

Is this happening to anyone else?
