Hello.

I've read that lemon is ok, but we cannot have too much of it since it

has fructose. I've searched the messages and I couldn't find an answer

to that. I am sqeezing 6-7 lemons / day (I really like the taste).

Could you please explain to me what we mean by saying too much lemon?

OT...I am new and I will come back with more questions.... I've spent

4 hours reading the files / articles / links and I would like to thank

you for sharing this info. Please forgive me grammar / spelling

mistakes, I am from Greece.

Thank you very much.

+++Hi Marisa. Some candida sufferers are intolerant of lemons when

they first start on this program, so you need to be cautious and not

have too much.

I recommend having Bee's Electrolyte Drink which contains lemons and

a good ocean sea salt (for the over 84 minerals) but you spread out

drinking it throughout the day so it doesn't have as much impact as

having more at one time (3 glasses of it are drunk during meals too

which slows the release of sugars). The 6 glasses of the drink

contains a total of 3 lemons per day, so 6-7 at the beginning will

most likely cause you problems.

+++That's wonderful you are learning. Ensure you read " Curing

Candida, How to Get Started " too!

+++You seem to do fine with English so far. We look forward to

hearing from you again.

The best in health, Bee
