Guest guest
Gail, coconut oil also gives me bad die off. I have found though if I use the coconut oil in Bees egg drink , the die off isn't as bad. Guest guest
This is very interesting! I just joined the forum today, and have been drifting around reading posts. I'm thrilled to deduce from what I'm read that coconut oil is helpful in ridding the body of Candida, as I love it. I also have some cod liver oil that isn't getting much use. I'm going to try the rub in technique.

Ensure you read candida articles on my website and don't rely only on messages by this group - see " How to Successfull Overcome Candida " and " Curing Candida, How to Get Started " : http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/candida/index.php You need to start with small amounts of unrefined coconut oil, and gradually increase it so your die-off/healing symptoms aren't too severe, as the articles explain. The best in health, Bee
Guest guest
Funny you should say that, as I notice my die-off getting worse after having the egg drink!! In other news I found (to my surprise) I like it cold! I thought I'd prefer a warming drink, but no - and I'm not bothered by any congealing fat or anything! andra > Gail, coconut oil also gives me bad die off. It really doesn't matter how I get it, if I go up to 2TBS and 1 teas, that teas pushes me over the edge, I just feel nauseous. I put mine in my egg recipe every morning along with my butter, and then drink the rest over the course of a day in organic tomato juice. Thanks!
