Guest guest Posted January 8, 2009 Report Share Posted January 8, 2009 i just wanted to check in about the flush. it sounds like it is normal to have different areas of the body flush hot, at different times, and weaker and stronger effects. does it matter if i take the b vitamins with a meal? i also wondered if it were normal to feel cold intermittently, when experiencing a niacin flush? or if that may have more to do with my thyroid issues. thanks for your patient answers, bee. i see you've been answering the same questions for years and years! i'm pleased to say that quite a number of my friends and family are beginning your program. for those of you setting out and feeling ravenous, i just wanted to observe that it was about 3 weeks til i was feeling less ravenous, and i've been on the program about 10 weeks now, (with a serious break at christmas) and i'm content eating less than i have in YEARS. at least the organic food go further! elisa Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
