Rhonda, I am in the same boat as you today. Feeling sorry for myself,

craving bad stuff, wondering why me and not all the other people

around me who are eating everything sweet in sight and full of energy!

I figure I have been sick since birth, but really sick the past 20

years. My ears are itching, my stomach is hurting, I am tired, liver

is hurting, etc so I hear you.

My sister also has this candida but her doctors call it chronic

fatigue syndrome. She craves sugar too.

Hi

My doctor calls my problem, fibromyalgia.  I use to hurt sooo bad.  That has

improved tremendously since I have been on Bee's diet.  Thank you for reminding

me.  I am just being a big baby today.  I want to eat everything that everyone

else gets to eat!  I feel fat and bloated today and I am in dire need of a nap.

It is good to talk to other people who understand.  Thanks, Rhonda

I hear ya both!

I have been having rushes of anxiety the past few days. The anxiety

bothers me much more than mucus in my sinuses and the fatigue. Just

when I think I might be getting better, things get worse. I'm so

tempted to dive into an unopened bottle of SF722 to see if it helps.

But after reading posts about taking that stuff, I've decided to

stick to the plan and have realized there must be something that I

did to cause this, whether it was too much stevia in my drink

the other day, too much curry on my bison meat last night, or trying

allspice berry seasoning in my egg drink this morning since I was

out of cinnamon. I feel like I'm always walking such a thin line,

and one little mistake is going to knock me down.

I also have been stressed over finances and trying to stay up late

to get chores done. Trying to keep up with kids, a house, and my

little job seems to be overwhelming. Who has time for rest and

recuperation?!

Well, hopefully, tomorrow will be a better day for us if we can just

devote one hour to pamper ourselves today. I have exactly one hour

before I go watch my daughter dance at a basketball game...I think

I'll go take a quick epsom salt bath!

Hang in there guys! As I say to myself nearly every day...this too

shall pass (I hope!)

I hear you on feeling crummy post cheating. I've had Candida off and

on for the past year and a half, getting rid of it and then introducing

sweets to quickly and getting overgrowth once more. Whenever I eat

sugar I get so tired and BLOATED. Most of my clothes won't even fit

until I've been eating well for a few days. Right now I've been on my

anti-Candida diet for a few days, and the bloating is just starting to

lessen and I have more energy and less cravings. Just hang in there

and know that, no matter how horrible you feel emotionally and

physically, a time will come when you'll feel happy and eager to live.

+++Hi Rhonda. I remember being sick and tired of being sick and

tired for sure! That's a good way to put it.

+++About your eyes; there was a guy in my Candida Support Group in

1986 whose eyes turned a bright red like you describe when he

cheated. It was a joke in the group since his wife and everyone

else " knew " he cheated since his eyes were like neon lights

advertising his indiscretion! LOL!

+++The eyes are one of the many ways your body gets rid of toxins.

During my candida program I detoxified through my eyes for 3 months.

>>I itch, my ears stink and all I want to do is sleep. At least it

isn't snowing today! See, I guess its not all bad. I guess I just

need a little support.

+++I hear you my dear. It's good you are trying to see not

everything is bad. Good for you!

>> I ate another apple fritter yesterday. I have been on Bee's diet

for several months and I just couldn't help myself yesterday. I am

so sick today. I am bloated and my stomach hurts, eyes are red and

sore and I am obviously feeling sorry for myself! If I drink some

baking soda and water will that help very much? Thanks for listening!

> P.S. I wrote to Oprah on line yesterday. I would really like to

see candidias become a more familiar topic. There are so many people

who look at me like I am totally nuts when I try to explain my

situation.

+++That's great you wrote to Oprah!! Hopefully we can enlighten a

lot of people about the candida scourge!

+++Let me know what helps you and how you are doing.

Lotsa healing hugs, Bee
