Hi,

Does this happen shortly after you eat? I've been getting regular

bouts of diarhea/liquid after getting strict on the diet again after

Christmas and starting Nystatin again. This was going on as well for

a few months prior to Christmas. Sometimes its yellowish, sometimes

with chunks of food. I'm not sure if I should be worried or just

believe its detoxing. I've tried to stop it with red raspberry leaf

tea (all the blackberry bush roots here are still frozen so I can't

dig any out yet for tea). I also stop taking antifungals including

Nystatin, (but still taking coconut oil) to help it stop - but nothing

really helps. (Its not retracing as I've mostly been constipated my life)

Thanks for your help,

+++Hi . Hopefully you are taking Betaine hydrochloric acid

and doing other things that help digestion:

**** Not especially. It usually happens for a period of a couple of days

replacing all bowel

movements during that time. It is not the same as diarrhea. It is mustard

yellow liquid

only.

**** Isn't it too soon for you to be adding Nystatin? I used to experience

diarrhea when I

was first getting solid on the diet. In part because transitioning off the

grains and sugars

caused me to go through alot of digestion adjustments. Also, adding the HCl

cleared up

my digestive upsets and helped me with loose bowels. But, I also think loose

bowels can

occur as the body gets adjusted to this new, healthier way eating. So, I think

you can just

ride it out knowing that you are providing your body with superior nutrition and

not

feeding the yeasts. The fact that this is all you are doing should help calm

your

fears/worries about all these die-off symptoms.
