+++Hi Marisa. It is too soon to start on any other antifungal other

than unrefined coconut oil. When you are able to have 6 tbls. of

coconut oil without getting severe die-off symptoms you can add 1 other

antifungal listed in my article.

When you are ready do not take it in capsules; only buy the correct oil

of oregano, which is detailed in this article - see the list of brands

at the end of the article:

ok Bee. Thank you once again. It is just that I cannot find liquid oil

of oregano in Athens. I 'll keep searching, or I will have to search

for another antifungal.

+++Hi Marisa. Actually garlic is just as good as oil of oregano. You

can make your own garlic oil - see this recipe:

Or just have " raw crushed garlic " instead.
