Guest guest Posted January 7, 2009 Report Share Posted January 7, 2009 I just looked a the file on Cold liver oil products on Bee's site (http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/cod2.php) and I am a bit confused. I take 2 ml of Fermented cod liver oil from Green Pasture. It states on the bottle that 1 ml contains : Vit. A 3500 iu Vit. D. 600 iu EPA 140 mg DHA 75 mg So, if I understand right, I should not be taking more than 2 ml since I will be getting too much D. I should get some extra A from a fish source (is this a good source: http://www.nationalnutrition.ca/detail.aspx?ID=260) Then, what do I do for EPA and DHA?
