Guest guest Posted January 7, 2009 Report Share Posted January 7, 2009 Hello Bee, It appears that some people on this board are gaining weight on the diet where others are loosing weight? From what I have researched, this diet along with coconut oil should only make people loose weight. I really have not read anything about coconut oil making people gain weight. Also, would it be ok to have an occasional cup of decaf coffee? Like once or twice a week?
