Hello Bee,

It appears that some people on this board are gaining weight on the

diet where others are loosing weight? From what I have researched,

this diet along with coconut oil should only make people loose weight.

I really have not read anything about coconut oil making people gain

weight.

Also, would it be ok to have an occasional cup of decaf coffee? Like

once or twice a week? The reason I ask is because I feel very

deprived and I would really love to have just this one treat every

once in awhile.
