Guest guest
Sour taste of coconut meat indicates that it is already undergoing fermentation and decomposition. The sour taste comes from organic acids produced particularly acetic acid. If it is only a little sour, I think it is still okay if it is still within its specified shelf life. The " meat " in it is very white, however the tastes is a really strange. It doesn't like the normal coconut juice I would have tasted. It tastes a little sour. I don't know if this is normal. Please enlighten me. Thanks guys! --------------------------------- Be a better Heartthrob. Get better relationship answers from someone who knows. Answers - Check it out. Guest guest
It seems fresh coconut may be considered a seed, not sure, but is this ok to eat on your diet? If so, could some fresh coconut replace some coconut oil? Thanks
Guest guest
Coconut has sugar in it, so it isn't on the diet initially. On theother hand the fat from the coconut (which doesn't have sugar) is a powerful antifungal against Candida. ~ in California > > It seems fresh coconut may be considered a seed, not sure, but is this > ok to eat on your diet?
