Why is Nutiva Coconut Oil so dry and flaky

Bee,

I had been using Spectrum coconut oil and it was great. I recently

switched to Nutiva because it is one that you recommend. I bought the

organic, virgin and unrefined one but it is pretty dry and flaky. It

is not moist, like butter as was the one from Spectrum. Why is this?

Is the Nutiva really as good as the claims?
