Questions about Nystatin douching and enemas

Bee, some questions about Nystatin douches and enemas. You say to do the

vaginal douche once or twice a week and then the probiotic douche once or

twice a week. It says to alternate them. Does this mean that I would first

do a Nystatin douche and then 3 days later do a probiotic douche? Then the

following week start again with a Nystatin douche? Can I use a Nystatin

douche and then use acidophilus suppositories instead of doing a douche?

I'm curious about waiting 3-4 days to do a probiotic douche after the

Nystatin because with the garlic douche you do that in the morning and then

put the probiotic in at night. Is it just because they work differently

(the garlic douche and the Nystatin douche)?

Also, with the Nystatin enema that is retained, it says to do it once or

twice a week but there should be a two week rest. To clarify, would that

mean to do up to two in one week and then take two weeks off. Then you

could do two that week and then two weeks off again?
