, the main thing to remember on long flightd is to walk

frequently. Some doctors suggest taking a baby aspirin a week before

you travel daily.

ALso make sure you wear your TED stockings and you should be fine.

+++Hi . Support socks will help you, but do not drink lots. Too

much water intake will cause more edema, so it's better to minimize

your fluids when you fly.

Just to clarify if I understand this correctly? My flight is 12 hours long,

should I not drink

much at all during this flight?

+++Hi . You can have some liquids, but use common sense and not

drink lots.
