Guest guest
Thanks for all your responses. I don't think I can put it off longer than 5 months, hubby is anxious as am I, and our daughter will be 3 soon and we really don't want that big of an age gap. But I plan on doing the best I can before we get pregnant. I feel I am so much better than before last pregnancy, but of course I'm no where near where most of you are. I'm very excited to get started I was wondering if perhaps you might look at my recent labs? I know there are some very wise people here and would love some insight. I found a Integrative MD that is contracted with my insurance and was very hopeful but now I'm not so sure. My labs came back and the nurse called to say they were " normal " . I'm waiting for my CDSA stool test results and will be doing a endocrine saliva test (includes adrenals, other hormones, as well as some others like GABA..here's a link in case anyone is interested https://www.neurorelief.com/index.php? option=com_content & task=view & id=404 ). I weaned off my T3 about 2 months before this test, but before I was on 30mcg of T3. I forgot to make sure she tested RT3, but it appears my thyroid is better since I stopped the T3. I take 6 Isocort a day. I take a b-complex (not always everyday), it's the Soloray B-50. I take CLO everyday, alternating between Nordic Naturals and Fermented CLO by Green Pastures with Butter Oil. Since my last test I started taking Vit. D pills and it appears to have helped. I was on Candex/Candidase for 2 months before this test as well as Biotin, Probiotics, Magnesium, and enzymes. I'm really concerned about my Ferritin. I have been on MegaFood Blood Builder for quite some time and Floradix before that. It seems like my anemia won't go away(had it for a long time). I have older labs from 2006 that have lymphs and segs that show the same as these. I would really love some help. I feel a little lost here. I will post my stool results when I get them (should be soon), and my saliva test when I can take it (waiting for ISocort to be outta my system). Thanks in advance! Guest guest
Dear , I cannot deal with your extremely long detailed message. I also cannot interpret laboratory tests anyway. My expertise is in proper nutrition, eliminating toxins, and how the body heals itself naturally. If you wish I can do a consultation with you to help you more specifically - see this consultation information, etc.: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/consult.php Otherwise, would you please just post specific questions again? Thanks so much. Sorry my dear. Bee > > Thanks for all your responses. Guest guest
Sorry about the long post. I thought it might be better to get it all out there in case there was something that stuck out to those who know how to read labs. Unfortunatey, I'm not good at it. My biggest question is why I'm still low in ferritin after supplementing with foodbased/whole food supplements? I have been battling anemia for quite some time, actually my pediatric file shows it as well. I had a ND but she said some people are just anemic, which I don't accept. I was hoping someone might have some insight. Again, sorry about the long post. > Dear , > > I cannot deal with your extremely long detailed message. Guest guest
*** Hi : I'm sure Bee will have some thoughts to share with you about the Ferritin issue. Personally, I found that I was having trouble absorbing and utilizing ALL nutrition I was putting in my body (food or supplements or even, in my case, thyroid meds...which I used to take.) until I began Bee's program. As Bee explains in the getting started articles, Candida Yeast makes the cell walls rigid and the nutrition you ingest can't be fully utilized by your body because it just doesn't get through. So my first thought is that you are not able to fully absorb all your nutrition because the Yeast overgrowth is blocking it. The diet will correct the overgrowth over time and the listed supplements (you will not need or want to take any others) will start to " get in " more and more plus the HCl (or sauerkraut) can really help with assimilating all your food. Hope that helps, Marissa > My biggest question is why I'm still low in ferritin after > supplementing with foodbased/whole food supplements? Guest guest
Thanks for your response. I agree, I think my yeast is inhibiting absorbtion. One thing I can't understand is why my Vit. D has gone up with supplements but not my ferritin? And why my ferritin has been an issue my whole life. > > *** Hi : > > I'm sure Bee will have some thoughts to share with you about the Ferritin issue. > Personally, I found that I was having trouble absorbing and utilizing ALL nutrition I was > putting in my body (food or supplements or even, in my case, thyroid meds...which I used > to take.) until I began Bee's program. > > As Bee explains in the getting started articles, Candida Yeast makes the cell walls rigid > and the nutrition you ingest can't be fully utilized by your body because it just doesn't get > through. One member of this group had her iron levels increase from 4 to 64 after only doing this program for 6 months, i.e. without taking any iron supplements, nor by eating more liver, etc. That tells me if you only do this program your body is able to adjust and replace all of its nutrients. You say you are supplementing with foodbased/whole food supplements, but if they don't match the supplements I recommend, " whole food " or not you won't be getting the same benefits. Most iron supplements are not the correct form, which needs to be " heme " iron which is only found in meats and eggs, and not in plant foods (called " non-heme " iron). Also absorption and utilization of iron in the body needs B12 which requires enough stomach acid in order to be absorbed. Some people's iron levels increase by taking Betaine HCl, and by ensuring they eat enough red meat which is the highest source of " true " B12. I am waiting till my stool tests come back before I consult with you over the phone so I can start your program, which should be soon (hopefully today). Yes, it is possible you aren't absorbing all of the nutrients properly, yet. Nutrients levels may also go up and down while you are on this program, until your body has had enough time to balance them correctly. That's why is is so important to take " all " of the supplements recommended, along with the diet - it all works together. There are many things that interfere with digestion, along with lack of HCl, so ensure you are doing the things recommended for improving your digestion, along with taking enough Betaine HCl, etc. - the information is in " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " and also see this section: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu4_2_3.php Bee
