Thank you for your help. Looking at the list I think mine might be all

3. I will have to ask my mother tomorrow, but I think she has had low

blood levels as well. My periods are very heavy, except the last which

was still heavy but not as bad (I now wonder if it was better because I

wass off all supplements including cod liver oil). I'm looking at

trying the liver freezing, just not sure where I can get organic liver

locally.

Thanks again,

+++Hi . When you trim your message too much we don't know what

you are referring too.

+++Proper nutrition corrects DNA/genes, just like toxins damage them,

so you need to make sure you are getting all of the " proper nutrients "

a the human body requires so it can adjust and balance out all of its

nutrients levels naturally. So please don't leave out any

supplements. Many people on this program got well and curing many

things because they follow it exactly. You can't expect to get well if

you don't take cod liver oil or some other supplement.

Of course you may feel better not taking supplements, and that is

because your body isn't creating healing reactions, since it cannot

heal unless it gets all of the nutrients it requires.

No worries. As for the heavy periods are concerned, I assume you

probably also have some nasty cramps associated with that... even if

you take no other supplements, I recommend taking magnesium. As this

builds up in your body over time to healthful levels, you will notice a

reduction in the cramping and any clotting, and just generally have a

more positive experience! It worked for me well before I went on this

diet.

You could try your local butcher for the liver. Ours sells organic

chicken and they also offer the livers separately.

Best,

****Sorry about that, was trying to make sure I kept them short. I

was referring to the list of possible causes of anemia. 1. Was poor

absorbtion, 2. Was Heavy Bleeding, and 3. Was Genetics.

****I stopped the CLO and supplements for my stool test, but now back

on them. I just found it weird I bled less when off of them.

+++Hi andra. It isn't advisable to take magnesium without

balancing it with calcium, since taking too much of one without the

other depletes the body's supply of the other one, if that makes

sense. Cal/mag must be in balance, otherwise you get foot and leg

cramps.

+++Hi . What do you mean you " bled less? " What kind of CLO do

you take, and also how much? Do you take any medications of any kind

as well?

No, that makes perfect sense, and as soon as my intake of those

supplements gets out of whack these days I notice it pretty immediately.

At the time (a few years ago) I must have been SEVERELY deficient in

Magnesium, and/or was getting enough calcium in other ways, because I

only supplemented with magnesium and didn't have cramping of any kind.

Wild, hey?

+++Hi andra. Yes, that is wild. I get more calcium from my diet

than you would on this program, so I take 175 mg per day " elemental

amounts " instead of 600 mg you need to take. But I take more magnesium

than calcium, i.e. 450 mg per day, and sometimes more, depending upon

my diet.

The best, Bee
