Guest guest
Aja: For some people, the B vitamins do help, but for others they do nothing for their seizures. I think you just have to try to decide if they help you. Since you've been on them have your seizures improved? Perhaps if you tried dropping the vitamins you could see if your seizures get worse. I know that doesn't help you much, but maybe a little. >From: " Aja Beasley " <aja_ab@...> >Date: Tue, 07 May 2002 20:35:03 -0400 > >Hi everyone, > >Does anyone know if the B-Complex vitamins in mega doses actually help? >I've >been taking the " Big 100 " (GNC B-complex formula, all 100 mg) for about 1 >1/2 years, & I'm now having PVCs a lot... Guest guest
I am trying to get all the supplements on the list and the health food store did not have B- complex in 50mg. They had 100 and 500. When I went to NOW vitamins web site they had B-50 (listed on the supplement chart by Sara) but the other ingredients weren't just Magnesium stearate and silica but they were Calcium Carbonate, Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Croscarmellose Sodium. Another brand had: Gelatin (capsule), Whole Food Base (pure aloe vera gel, whole rice concentrate), magnesium stearate and silica Are either of these OK? I found Unique E which just has gelatin, glycerin and water as extra ingredients. Isn't this better than the dry that has a whole list of extra ingredients? Thanks!
