Hello Bee,

I'm not a coffee drinker. Just thought I'd share this new link of coffee info I

received... no

wonder there's so much confusion. I asked myself who's funding the studies etc.

Anyway, I guess it's always good to know what the " new research shows " even if

I still have

my doubts. My sister overcame her coffee addiction & for the first time in years

has beautiful

skin, hair & strong nails! I told her her body was finally absorbing the

nutrients it needs

instead of the coffee.

Gitta and all,

Check out the book " Caffeine Blues. " ALL of these studies are funded by

companies like Coca-Cola and PepsiCo, trying to find new ways to get people

hooked or keep them hooked. Caffeine has NO health benefits and does so much

harm it's not even funny. Another, and better, way to decrease your chances of

type 2 diabetes (the disease mentioned in this article) is to eat sensibly and

avoid ALL chemicals and toxins, like caffeine. Caffeine causes, among other

things, depression, anxiety, irritability, heart palpitations, arrhythmias,

hormone fluctuations (cortisol being a primary one), stress, insomnia, brain

chemical imbalances.

There are NO health benefits of coffee. Good for your sister for getting off

it!
