Guest guest
I have had eczema all my life but nothing too serious, until about a year ago I started having consistent problems for no reason, no stresses or diet/life changes. I had a bad flare up and received a cortizone shot. Skin cleared up then slowly came back. Few months later, same again, another shot, cleared up, then came back. Still battling with the issues I finally learned about Candida, saw a natural doctor and began the diet, with natural herbs and colon cleansing. That was nearly 2 months ago, since in which the results have been up and down. Most recently I had my best results yet and thought I had things licked, only for things to come back as bad as ever. My question is this, what about combining the two. Getting one more steroid shot to get the skin under control, and staying on the diet for a few months? Or would the steroid shot be that much conter-productive? Help, i'm not sure what to do?
