Guest guest
Dear Bee & everyone, It's now been 2 months since I started this diet. At the beginning, I could really feel the die-off effects, bloating, headaches etc. Then I started to feel better. But now, I have all these symptoms but there are not getting better & still there & it's so annoying. I feel like I've stagnated & am stuck with all these symptoms. I still have this pain in my right ear, my tummy is still bloated & gassy & my bodyaches are still there. I feel like I've not made improvements for weeks. I've tried to drop my VCO for a week from 4 tbsp to 2 tbsp but there was no effect. All my supplements are in order. I do the ileocecal massage, castor oil pack & body brushing daily. Also do baths at nite with epsom salts & dead sea salts. So now I'm really wondering what to do. Is there something else I should be doing? Guest guest
Hi Shirin, Have you ever thought that maybe you are doing *too* much? I don't know why, but that seems to pop up in my mind when I read all that you are doing. Wait to see what Bee says, though - she may not agree with me... Here are my thoughts: I wonder what would happen if you did nothing - at least for a short time. By that I mean that you continue with the diet, eating the right kinds of foods and taking maybe on 2 Tbsp of coconut oil (or even less) plus all of your supplements, but do nothing else. Do this for a couple of weeks just to see if all of your symptoms subside. Somehow, I get the feeling that all of these 'extras' that you are doing may be overloading your system. I hope you don't take what I'm saying the wrong way. It's awful to be suffering and I just want to help. > > Dear Bee & everyone, > > It's now been 2 months since I started this diet. If the symptoms are intolerable for you to handle I suggest you cut back even more on taking coconut oil. Try taking 1/2 teaspoon 3 times a day (taking doses more times per day helps), and only gradually increase it from there, by only 1/2 teaspoon per day, increased every 5 or more days. Getting well is not a steady uphill climb towards health, where you feel better and better everyday, and your symptoms stop and never return; it doesn't work like that. Healing has its ups and downs. To understand more read about Healing Naturally: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu1_2.php The best to you, Bee

I found that really calmed my digestion down, and seemed to make my supplements and fats more effective. How much other fat are you consuming? (besides 2T of coconut oil) Some with every meal? Have you tried the coffee enema to get rid of toxins? I find it really helps me get toxins out and relieves my symptoms. Marissa
Guest guest
I thought a person was supposed to be taking all 6 TBS of EVCO *before* doing any of the supplements.. with the exception of maybe Vit. C because it can help to curb sugar cravings. Are there other exceptions? > > > > Dear Bee & everyone, > > > > It's now been 2 months since I started this diet. You can start on them when you start on the diet, since all of the nutrients (diet plus supplements) work together. Bee
Guest guest
Ohh.. I see now. (I think) I was wondering why so many people were concerned about getting all the supplements right at the beginning. I think maybe I just decided to wait cause *I* didn't want to introduce too many new things at once. In the How to Successfully Overcome Candida article is suggests to wait to add supplements until after the diet transition is complete. Maybe that's where I got the idea.. I suppose it doesn't matter. Whatever works for different people, more power to them. It's probably good to have them all stocked for when the time comes anyway. Thanks and have a great day! > > > > I thought a person was supposed to be taking all 6 TBS of EVCO > > *before* doing any of the supplements.. with the exception of maybe > > Vit. No, you might want to re-read Bee's files on starting the diet.... supplements can be started in the first phase of the diet. You may be thinking of phase two, in which you can add a second anti-fungal once you can easily tolerate 6T of EVCO. Marissa

Natural healing does " not " begin until all of the nutrients are being taken. Bee
