Guest guest
Hi Bee & group! Just a quick question. I have been taking the Natural factors brand for my vitamin B's called High Potency B Complex. I vaguely remember it being reccommended but couldnt find any messages in the archives specifically. I noticed it contains 50mg of niacinimide (synthetic) - shouldnt we be avoiding this? It also says down the bottom in tiny writing " contains wheat! " I buy a lot of my stuff from natural factors and just assumed it was fine... does anyone else use this product or perhaps can you reccomend a better one? Thanks guys!! Happy healing, Amber
Guest guest
---HI Amber I take that Natural Factors B Complex too the same one as you and I rechecked mine again and I can't see anything where it says there is wheat. It says no artificial preservatives, sweeteners or colors, no dairy, soy or starch. I hope there's no yeast or sugar which it doesn't mention. thanks Maddy I noticed it contains 50mg of niacinimide (synthetic) - shouldnt we be avoiding this? It also says down the bottom in tiny writing " contains wheat! "

Yes Natural Factors brand is the one I buy for most of my supplements. My main candida articles explains about niacinimide in B complex supplements, and why you have to take Niacin (B3) in addition: " If you cannot buy vitamin B complex with niacin, you should buy " true " niacin (B3) separately and take it in addition to the vitamin B complex tablet. Niacin causes flushing, redness, and itchiness of the skin, but that is because it dilates blood vessels, even the tiniest capillaries, which releases radiation and other toxins from the body. The discomfort doesn't last very long. " Happy healing to you too! Bee
