Guest guest
Hi Bee, I went to the health food store today and got all the supplements you recommended, and I have a few questions about them. 1. The Calcium tablets and the Magnesium tablets I got are 200 mg servings each. You say to take 300 mg twice a day. How shall I do this? Should I just take the 200 mg of each 2x a day, or should I take them 3x a day in order to get 600 mg? 2.My vitamin E capsule contains 200 IU, and you say to take 200mg twice a day. What is the conversion of this? How many of my capsules should I take a day? Also, it says it is Vitamin E as d-alpha tocopherol from soy - is it okay that it is soy? (it was my only option). 3. My B-complex vitamins is labeled " Balanced B-50 " tablets with 50 mg of everything, except it has 400 mg of Folic Acid. The directions say to take only one tablet with food. Will it harm me to take it twice a day like you advise? 4. My Vitamin A is from fish liver oil, and one capsule contains 10,000 IU and says to take one daily. It is safe to take it twice a day as well? (I guess I'm just nervous about not following the directions on the bottle. 5. Lastly, I could not find celtic sea salt at the health food store, but I did find something called " Coarse Sea Salt, " which says it is harvested by hand, unrefined from the pollution free Isle of Noirmoutier, off the Atlantic coast of France. Is this still a healthy salt even though it is not the brand you recommend? I'm sorry to bombard you with questions. I just want to make sure I'm doing things right. It was expensive for all the supplements (about $70) and I don't think I can return them, so hopefully I got the right ones! Thank you so much, Kate
