Not good sources? CR

Not good sources? Hi CR. No, those books wouldn't be good sources. The best source is The Coconut Research Center, which is operated by Bruce Fife, N.D, an internationally recognized expert on the health and nutritional aspects of coconut and related products. Dr. Fife is the author of numerous books, including The Coconut Oil Miracle (formerly titled The Healing Miracles of Coconut Oil), The Palm Oil Miracle, Coconut Lover's Cookbook, and Eat Fat, Look Thin. He is the publisher of the Healthy Ways Newsletter. Here it is: http://www.coconutresearchcenter.org/ Also search with coconut oil on these 2 websites: www.mercola.com www.westonaprice.org Cheers, Bee

Thanks for your input Bee, I'll be sure to read and forward what I learn to my Nutritionist friend. CR CR
Guest guest
Hello CR, For what it's worth, I used to swear by everything Prescription for Nutritional Healing by Balch and Balch had to say. Needless to say, it did not cure my fibromyalgia. When I began to learn how bad soy is for our health, that changed my whole opinion of this book. Phyllis Balch is a big proponent of soy, I no longer believe anything that this book says. On the other hand, I've been on Bee's program for about a month and a half. I still don't have tons of energy because of the die off and re-tracing, but I have seen some remarkable improvements. I've lost a lot of weight effortlessly. I used to be a junk food junkie. All I had to do is see ice cream, pies or anything sweet, for that matter, and my taste buds would go into overdrive. I have absolutely no cravings. I used to eat constantly in an attempt to feel satisfied. Now, it's hard for me to get in three meals a day. I'm just not hungry anymore! My bowels are moving daily for the first time in my life! The best part of this program is that you can see, firsthand, others who have experienced the die off but who got well. That's been my motivation. And, of course, what would we all do without Bee??? Good luck! Peggy

And, you are so very welcome for my help. It's delightful to see how well you are progressing. Luv, Bee
Guest guest
Hello Bee, Yes, you may use my message in your success stories. I do still have a long way to go but this is the easiest program I've ever tried so I am very hopeful! I am 53. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 10 years ago and told there was no cure. I had never in my life eaten nutritiously and always put myself under an amazing amount of stress. I now recognize that fibromyalgia is nothing more than a combination of adrenal fatigue and yeast overgrowth. I don't know why mainstream medicine cannot make the connection as the symptoms are identical. It's a shame that so many people suffer needlessly. They are so brainwashed by their doctors that they just cannot believe that a cure is as simple as giving our bodies the proper nourishment. Thank you again Bee for all you do! Thank you for allowing your message to be included in our Success Stories. It is amazing that medicine does not make the connection. Fibromyalgia is mainly caused by toxins in the muscles, including those produced by candida. It is wonderful how simple the cure IS, which is Nature's Way. You are so very welcome for what I do.
