Hi 115 lb woman-

I am not currently taking LDN however I am a cancer survivor and also

fall asleep around 10:30 and wake about 3-4 hours later (irritable

bladder, side effect of cytoxan) and don't sleep well for the rest of

the night.

Consider 1) melatonin 2) I mix calcium/magnesium powder in a half

glass of milk about 8:00- these two therapies have helped me sleep.

For depression I exercise (mild) and supplement with fish oil (Carlson).

If you were Waking at 2.30 am before ldn then itis liver

problem,.you can look at the chinese timing of organs.

If it is so then you should work on your liver and in the

meantime take a lower dose

To wake about 2 am can be liver problem.

Dr berkson when he treats cancer patients he always treat
