Re: ALA- kidney area pain

So is it a coincidence, then? Or is pulling metals likely to make muscles near

the kidneys hurt?

Just trying to understand what's going on.

When I get flu, I ache in what I think are my kidneys. I've always figured my

kidneys were filtering more than usual, like Dana's experience. From what Andy's

saying, though, we wouldn't feel it. Why would the area become sore when extra

filtering is probably going on?

Thanks,

Abigail

It isn't a coincidence, it is very common.

It just isn't your kidneys that hurt.

With chelation it is usually electrolyte imbalance and can usually be corrected

by taking

more magnesium (or taking it more often).

Flu achiness comes from using up cortisol too fast, which is why

people with adrenal insufficiency ache all the time.

Do you figure adrenal EXHAUSTION does the same? I'd say that where I - and my

aching kidney area - are at.

I tried this, I took magnesium until I had diarrhea. It did not help

as much as I would have liked. However, I have problems with

potassium, I get low levels of potassium a lot, which causes restless

legs and toe cramps. I don't want to take too much potassium at one

time tho, because of the potential to cause heart issues.
