Trader Joes has a protein shake that comes in single can size, like soda can

size......They are almost good! They are great if your on the run, they can

get kinda pricy if your watching the money, for the one with 21 grams of

protein it like 1.49 and they also have one with 35 grams of protein and

those are like 2.49........Otherwise I like the Isopure powder from

GNC.....Its like 30 bucks for a big container of it, and I only use one

scoop for a shake, that's like 25 grams I think, and on a really good day I

will have at least two of those single scoop shakes.......That gives me over

50 grams before I even eat anything........

I like body fortress from Wal-Mart. Make sure you get something low

cal. There are high cal ones for people looking to gain weight. You

can also go to bariatriceating.com and order one of their sample packs.

Shay,

I bought some of the Designer Whey protein powder at

Walmart last week and it is the best I have tried. I

also like the slim fast low carb NOT the high protein

one although the low carb has a lot of protein in it.

Also at the Winn Dixie I got some carb solutions

protein shakes that were very good too.

Pro-Rated from Costco is pretty good, I have both Vanilla and

Chocolate. I mix vanilla with orange crystal light.
