Dee,

This is fascinating info. That's for posting it.

I ran to my bathroom and got out the tube of cream my dermatologist

gave me years ago, telling me that it was pretty powerful stuff. It's

Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream, USP 0.1% and, though there's no

Kenalog or Aristocort anywhere on the tube (the brand is E. Fougera

& Co.), it looks like it must fit into Category IV.

Do you know how many times more powerful this category is than

hydrocortisone?

I'm right there with you Hollis! The doc that gave me the steroid cream gave me

clobetasol...the one at the very top of the list! Yikes!

HI Hollis, ;)

It does look like what you have is class IV steroid... and on that particular chart they really broke it down where most just have low, med, and high... and I've no idea of what the %'s would be to compare it to the highest, but I'm fairly certain it would be in the low to medium range hon.. (less than a med. strength and not as low as the lowest) sounds like a good range to me to start with. ;) I hope it's helping.

Actually, i don't use it for my crotch -- and considering some of the additives,

i don't think i ever would. But in the past i've used for some facial issues.
