Hi Bob. Welcome to the group. I can sure relate to you about

headaches. I had migraines for 30 years off and on. I know what

it's like. I hope you find what you need.

I don't have spondylosis but I do have RA. I take Humira injections

for that and it works great. I pray you find a way for your sleep.

hi Bob -

i've always used a very flat pillow with a heating pad on top of it

Hi Everyone and Merry Christmas.

I have Cervical spondylosis for several years, plus RA of the hands &

fingers.

I get head aches in the back of my head from the Cervical spondylosis

especially in the morning. I normally use only a small pillow, but thinking

maybe sleep with no pillow might be better. I do have a shaped cervical

pillow, but that doesn't help.

I do stretching exercises and use celbrex for the pain or tylenol.

Any ideas on what else I can do for the head aches ??
