Apple Cider Vinegar is good for a lot of things including heartburn.

From what I have read, heartburn is actually caused from too little

of stomach acid. The ACV will help with that. The OTC heartburn

medicine will actually reduce stomach acid even more, possibly

leaving you to have more attacks. I love the ACV. It works wonders.

It knocked out my sinus infection one time, and my husband was

coming down with bronchitis. It cleared it up within a week's time.

Thanks for that positive feedback. I know I had heard

about the OTC stuff and did not want any part of that

if I could help it. And the ACV really worked!! :-)
