Hi Diane,

I too see someone once a month for depression. i also take 200 mg a

day of zoloft. it has helped tremendously!

they have tried several things to help me sleep but none seem to

work. i have been on sonata, rozerem ,lunesta and now on 20 mg a

night of ambien...sometimes it works but most times not. i sleep on

the average of about 25-30 hours a week if i am lucky.

not to mention i have to small, very active children to contend

with. they were gone most of the summer and so if i could take a nap

in the daytime i would but not now! good thing school starts back up

in about 3 weeks....hopefully i'll make it til then! then fall ball

starts the 26th, oh joy!

our dogs....no problemo! those lazy things climb right up on the bed

or in the chair with me and sleep when i sleep. spolied

rotten..almost as bad as the kids. lol and just as big!

i am glad you have sought out some help and i do hope your spirits

begin to lift soon. if there is anyting i could possibly do for you

please let me know.

Tuesday....I don't think the Lexapro I'm on is working. I'm OK...we

have a small air conditioner, but I am glad we have it...it's so hot

and humid here in PA. And supposed to stay that way until next week.
