Help - 11 year old Case worker talking out of home placement

My 11 year old has 4s, autism AND he is non-verbal. He has become very

aggressive because of his sound sensivities. He is currently taking ativan and

seroquel and they do not help him. The only thing that seems to take the edge

off is marinol. Not sure what to do, except give in to the placement because we

have tried everything and he has become increasingly aggressive.

I am looking for ideas and support, please
