Hi

I had a question for those who are trying to reverse their own fatty livers;

What phoschol supplement are you using?

Is anyone using lecithin with success?

What other essentuial fatty acids are people using to replace the flushed

out cholesterol ?

Are you using binding agents to stop the cholesterol being reabsorced ie

chlorella ~ & Probiotics and pectin ?

Im concentrating on :

1)Liver flushes

2)Bowel flushes

3)Reducing Fatty liver

Regards

CS

Hi, CS.

Another important thing to note is if you are someone who has not gained much if

any

weight since your ME/CFS onset or lost that gained weight using a sustainable

diet

relatively moderate in carbohyrdrate intake as well as relatively low in fats,

then it is

unlikely you have fatty liver, something that it usually comfirmed by x-ray.

I'm presently abstainng from phoscol supplements in order to limit glutamate

excitotoxicity which the ingredients in these, particularly lecithin or soy, can

exacerbate.

Many things can exacerbate glutamate excitiotoxicity, it's just good to keep

intake of

these items to a minimum when treating CFS or at least until the excitotoxicity

and

concurrent brain inflammation is more under control.
