Treating Plural effusion

I have severe allergies and asthma,which was pretty well controlled over the

summer,with diet.When ragweed hit,I was unable to control it very well,and got

off my diet.Been fighting pnemonia,and swollen lymp nodes.I have used some

castor oil packs,and other detoc methods.Now,I think I have pleurisy.Lots of

pain when I breath deep,move,couch,sneese.For awhile,I was getting allergy

shots,which seemed to work well.Then I started having reactions.Now,I am

concerned about what they put in the vaccines.Been trying raw honey,and just got

some QBC complex,still,my allergies are not controlled,or my asthma.I get so

much mucus buildup in my lungs,then have to cough.The pain seems to be getting

worse.Taking lots of EFAS,MSM,pineapple for anti inflammatory,and it doesn`t

seem to help that much.
