Hi Bee,

I'm working on my gut and now candida issues. I definitely can tell

that my liver needs some help handling all the toxins. A new round of

headaches, fatigue and sinus congestion has started. I am wanting to

do a coffee enema. What is your opinion on Crohn's and coffee enemas?

Anyone else have any thoughts? I am experiencing very little in terms

of digestive symptoms now and am almost completely off the meds. Is is

safe?

Thanks for the insight,

le

==>H le. It's good to hear from you. That's wonderful you are

almost off the meds. It won't hurt you to stop medications; all of

them are very toxic/poisonous. Meds will force the body to respond the

way they are designed to, so they do control symptoms, however they do

that by suppressing them. They may be okay for a short term, but never

long-term. As you know nutrients and elimination of toxins are most

important so your body can heal itself naturally.

If your liver aches it indicates you need to help it more. If it

doesn't, do not be concerned. Some people with Crohn's do okay with

the coffee enemas, depending upon whether they are bleeding from the

large intestines or not. If you are not bleeding and don't have

hemmoroids they are worth a try.

There are other things on my program which help the liver, i.e. dry

skin brushing, Epsom salt baths, Electrolyte Drink (ocean sea salt &

lemon), and of course the high " good " fats diet.

If your liver aches you can do a liver massage:

Also apply 50/50 oil of oregano and coconut oil directly on the area as

often as possible, and apply wet heat.

If you wish you can drink Milk Thistle tea too, which is good for the

liver. Also see this article for detoxifying help:

Let me know if you do the coffee enemas and how you do on them.

Luv, Bee
