Guest guest
guys, context... based on tips from " chronic fatigue " websites, i opted to try two, 1-week courses of diflucan, which were over this past tuesday. in addition, i started taking 5 or 6 tablespoons of coconut oil per day, which later i was informed that this was way, way too much...so i stopped taking coconut oil. also, i essentially eliminated all carbohydrates from my diet, except for apple juice, peanuts and pinto beans. it seems that carbs heavy in protein are easier to stomach for now, and i didn't suffer as badly. now, the problem... for the past 3 to 4 days, i have felt physical pain unlike anything that i've ever experienced. the sensation is everything from feeling like " broken glass " on the inside, to nailing your thumb with a hammer. i've felt disoriented and rather disassociated with my emotions. just today, i found that resuming the coconut oil at 1 teaspoon per day, has given me some relief from the extreme inner discomfort. the pain has been nearly unbearable at times, and i have never experienced physical pain like this associated with any of my " chronic fatigue " symptoms. has anyone experienced this before, and what did you do for the physical pain??? please help. russ
