I'm in Marmora and have been eating your cheese for years. Just now I read

an email from a visitor to your store, who posted it on the Celiac Canada

website and thank goodness she did.

I had NO idea that there was Gluten in cheese since I have to avoid Wheat

for that very reason. Now I have to avoid cheese too?

How could it have Gluten in it? Is it coming from the STARTER that you use

to make the cheese?

My goodness, I'm glad I found this out. Do you have any GLUTEN-FREE cheese?
