Well, I am delighted to report that for the past week I have been

able to have a bowel movement every day without taking any extra

magnesium, etc. I started taking selenium a couple weeks ago and

think that may be what has helped as another person reported it

helped their constipation. The only other things I added to my diet

at the same time was undenatured whey, inulin and alpha lipoic acid.

I had been eating a lot of pureed veggie soup when I was able to go

the first time and thought it was because of increasing the amt of

veggies I was eating through the soup. But it continued when I

wasn't eating the soup so came to the conclusion that it must be the

selenium. (Hey, " I'm a big girl now! " hehe -- feel like a little kid

being able to go on the toilet for the first time :)).
