I was looking for anything that would help. I bought this off the internet somewhere -- can't remember. Anyway, it is a lemon-flavored powder that comes in individual dose packs. I had thrush bad -- very gross. Anyway, you hold it in your mouth for five minutes, and then swallow. It completely killed the thrush in two days. You can put it in water and drink it, too. I just held it in my mouth because that's where I was having the problem.
