Herniated T11/12, numb hand

I was wondering if anyone knew that a hernaited T11/12 would cause my right hand

to go numb. This is new and I can't find any info on it. I have all the classic

symptoms of it otherwise including the wrap around pain and numbness/pins and

needles.
