Hi Lilly!

I'm not Bee but...

for me, swimming or exercising in water outweighs any concerns I have about

chlorine in the pool. I just make sure I rinse off well afterwards. I also

have the advantage of being able to hope in a sauna after my workout and

shower at the Y, so I figure that sweats out any toxins I may have absorbed

during my workout.

I'm not sure I'd want to swim in polluted ocean water though.

==>We can't avoid all the bad stuff, and exercise is good for you, but

there are pools that use salt instead of water which is better. I

wouldn't avoid swimming due to chlorine, but do rinse well afterward

and wash your towels and bathing suit. Even polluted water shouldn't

be a problem, again just wash well after. But if you worsen after

swimming in either one, you might have to avoid them until you have

progressed more on this program.
