Guest guest
I have been taking the ones from the Vitamin Shoppe store. It is their own brand and it seems like they are helping me. If you do not have a store near you they can be bought online too. If you cook the liver than you lose some of the B vitamins that are heat sensitive. Grass-fed organic is best. I reckon if you can't find organic liver than the dessicated liver pills would be your best bet. Do not buy the cheap the stuff at the grocery store. It is from improperly raised animals so it has a higher concentration of toxins from pesticides. Sorry I was not clear on that. I'm going to try making the raw liver pills myself on Monday. I'll let the group know how that experience goes. > > Many Blessings, > > >

Elyse Hi Elyse. You'd be better off freezing real liver for 14 days even if it isn't organic rather than dessicated liver. Yes, Swiss is okay. Guest guest
Yes, I started taking dessicated liver pills a couple of weeks ago. And had to stop. I found them very constipating.

Are you getting at least 60% good nature-made fats in your daily diet? Luv, Bee >
Guest guest
> > for > those who dont know what kabasi is it is polish > sausage. It wasnt my main meal but i did have a few > pieces. Sue, Kilbasa (polish sausage) is going to be a no-no on this plan for the same reasons you wouldn't eat hot dogs, regular bacon or any other smoke, cured, and processed meat...they are full of nitrates, sugars and other processing ingredients. You are in the middle of some heavy duty healing right now, plus you have a really sensitive digestive system... so of course anything you eat that is off-plan is going to affect you quickly. When you finally get to the point of having the recommended doses of garlic, coconut oil and/or any other anti-fungals WITHOUT a reaction to them, then I think you could consider that you're well on you way to being through this. Until then, you're don't doing yourself any favors by eating things that will only feed the yeast. jackie
Guest guest
>it didnt upset my digestion at all i just went > to sleep and was like groggy when i woke up... Hi Sue, I know you said the kilbasa didn't upset your stomach, but my thinking was that from the difficulties you've had throughout your body as you've been on the program, it tells me that your system is very sensitive. So it would follow that you'd react quickly (in whatever way) to an off-plan food. jackie
