I have only been working on this candida diet for about two weeks. I have only lost about 4 lbs my starting weight was 103 lbs. Just checking in for some reassurance that I should not be concerned about the weight loss. Thanks, Summer
Guest guest
Yeppers...i can relate to this also. I lost 12 pounds since june and gained 5 back. I fi nd if i eat meat i can keep the weight on also butter on everything. in the beginning i had a lot of issued with bowels and was going all of the time. but once that settled down i was able to gain weight. What i find hard about this diet is the weight loss. There are some of us who do not want to lose weight and hold onto every pound we have, but bee says onceyou get a grip on this thing you weight will even out. Maybe this is the weight we were supposed to be ....idk, just my 2 cents. Thanks... Weight loss is normal for some people on this program. I loss a lot of weight. At one point I was losing 3 lbs per day. I was 5'7 1/2 " and weighed about 120 lbs. But my weight normalized over time as I was curing my candida. Weight is the least of your worries when you have candida. Concentrate on getting cured instead. You wouldn't have been on my diet for 2 years however. Give it time. Luv, Bee

When I first started Bee's diet I was loosing 1-2 pounds a day also. Then I started to hear how people my height and weight were getting too thin, what turned my weight loss around was to cut the carb allowed on Bee's diet in half, however, I still eat the required protein and fat. Bee is this the wrong thing to do? Well my weight is now stable 118 - 120 lbs. Hope this helps.
