Guest guest Posted January 3, 2007 Report Share Posted January 3, 2007 I have a low thyroid - cold all the time, dry skin, hair falling out, low body tempterature, etc. I read on this site that Coconut Oil can help. I used it in my eggs for Breakfast both yesterday & today. Afterwards, I feel awful - headache, weak, tired, fuzzy, gassy, etc. Is this normal or is there something else I can take to improve my thyroid? Thanks!
