Guest guest
Hello Bee~I have stumble across your site and ended up here. Your site is fantastic, it sums up all the research and reading I've done in the past 3 years. I have 2 questions, but I need to give a brief overview about my health:I am have overcome Fibromyalgia by diet changes and anti fungals, all excpet the fatigue. An N.D. is see (4 hrs from me) has helped me find the final result of why my health can't get over the hurdle. Spiroketes. He can't diagnose me with Lyme's but that's the little bugger that causes the havoc. I only battle mild fatigue now, and vaginal yeast infections. He also said the candida will not go away until we eradicate the spirokets. So the battle is on! I have been following basically your diet for 1 1/2 yrs, except I have to eat beans, rice, and the grains you speak of (no oats though). I am 5'4 " and only weigh 110 lbs (before the diet I weighed 140). The weight falls off like it's cool unless I eat...A LOT! I am taking the typcial supplements:mulit, Vit C, fish oil, mag,Flax most of these are pharmaceutical grade or close to it. My question is about probiotics. I am so sick of spending lots of $$ on probiotics (even the well touted one's) and still developing yeast infections if I eat to much beans or grains. Is is possible to replace store bought probitics with the Cabbage rejeuvalac for such a severe yeast imbalance? Second question: If microwaving is not good, and I send my husband's lunch with him to work every day, how should he heat the food OR how do you keep it heated? Your help in these two areas is greatly appreciated. I worked in a vitamin & supplement store for years and appreciate the info on your site. I am planning on passing your site address on. God's peace to you Bee! Sincerely, Mrs. Dee

When I cured my candida 20 years ago, at one point I was losing 3 lbs. per day and could only eat 9 foods in the whole world (I had no choice because everything came back up). I went down to skin and bones so that a man could put his fingers around my thigh. It took me 2 1/2 years to cure it. If you continue to eat beans, rice and grains you will not cure your candida. > I am taking the typcial supplements:mulit, Vit C, fish oil, mag,Flax most of these are pharmaceutical grade or close to it. My question is about probiotics. ==>I do not recommend a multi of any kind because there is no way to maintain quality when they try to cram so much into one pill, so I believe they are a waste of money. It is healthier, and less costly, to buy separate supplements like I recommend. Falx is not reommended because it requires your body to convert the type of omega 3s in it, which most unhealthy people and those with candida cannot do - instead take cod liver oil or fish oils per my article (one taken in summer and one in winter). See my main article " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " for all supplement information. Check out what I recommend for Vitamin C too. You also need to take B complex (niacin is taken separately if synthetic is in the one you buy), Vitamin E, and calcium/magnesium - and maybe others. Re-check your supplements against my list. > I am so sick of spending lots of $$ on probiotics (even the well touted one's) and still developing yeast infections if I eat to much beans or grains. ==>There is no point to spend money on supplements, antifungals or probiotics if you are going to continue eating things that are damaging, in addition to them feeding candida. > > Is is possible to replace store bought probitics with the Cabbage > rejeuvalac for such a severe yeast imbalance? ==>Of course; please re-read the probiotics section of my article. > > Second question: If microwaving is not good, and I send my husband's lunch with him to work every day, how should he heat the food OR how do you keep it heated? ==>He might need to start taking foods that do not need to be heated. I suggest you post a separate message to the group so they can help you with this problem. > > Your help in these two areas is greatly appreciated.
