Guest guest
Thank you Bee, I would appreciate your input if you could spare the time.. Especially whether there is a better way to portion out the supplements according to what absorbs best together, and time of day. Also if it's OK taking the breakfast supplements with just liquid, no solid food(your egg drink). The message number is 27741 thank you! x

I have read all your candida files and incorportated the suggestions, but one thing I wasn't sure of is when in the day to take the supplements (eg. cal/mag at night?), and also if they should be taken alone or with food. ==>Cal/mag is good when taken with the evening meal - it helps you sleep. Your schedule for taking it is fine. All supplements are taken with meals. You can take liquid chlorophyll with or without food if you wish. You could add it to the electrolyte drink if you wish. > The other question i had is whether it's OK to take the breakfast > supplements when my breakfast is just the egg drink (planning on > having the egg drink for breakfast every day) - all liquid. Is it > better to take supplements with more solid food? ==>You can take any supplements with the egg drink. > > The routine below is of course for when I am including the > antifungal and probiotics, which I won't do straight away. > > Thanks Bee! much appreciated > > xx > > > > SUPPLEMENTS ROUTINE > > On waking: Electrolyte drink + bioflavonoids 1g ==>You do not require extra bioflavonoids because it should be in your 1,000 mg per day vit. C which includes rutin, hesperidin, etc. too. > > With breakfast: Electrolyte drink, chlorophyll 1tbspn, 300mg calcium, 300 magnesium, cod liver oil, fish oil, 5bn probiotic, > nutritional yeast 1tbspn, niacin 25mg, vitamin E 200mg, enzymes ==>That's okay, but aren't you taking probiotics too soon in the program? You do not need to take both fish oil and cod liver oil. If you get enough sun according to my article which provides Vit. D you take fish oil for omega 3 plus a vit. A supplement. If you do not get enough sun take cod liver oil; check the cod liver oil files for the Nutrient Comparison chart to see how much extra vitamin A and/or D you need to take with some products because they are low in them. > > In morning: Electrolyte drink, + vitamin C 1g, oreganol ==>Aren't you starting oregano oil too soon? > > With lunch: Electrolyte drink, chlorophyll 1 tbspn, > enzymes > > In afternoon: Electrolyte drink + vitamin C 1g, oreganol ==>Take vit. Guest guest
Hi Bee, Thanks for looking over that for me. By fish oil I mean halibut liver oil - i was going to take this in addition to the cod liver oil to get my vitamin A intake high enough. The cold liver oil I'll be taking is the Blue Ice brand. I had to buy the bioflavonoids, ascorbic acid and baking soda separately - I will pre-mix them, and take 4x1000mg per day with meals preferably. .... 1 part bioflavonoids 1.5 parts ascorbic acid 1.5 parts baking soda .... if I pre-mix large amounts of this as a powder this should be OK, right? I'm not taking the oreganol or probiotics yet - I just wanted to check on the timings/dosage for when i do. So probiotics can be taken along with everything else, and don't have to be taken before a meal then ... Thank you x

Guest guest
Sorry , I guess I posted this without my reply. Here it is again. By fish oil I mean halibut liver oil - i was going to take this in addition to the cod liver oil to get my vitamin A intake high enough. The cold liver oil I'll be taking is the Blue Ice brand. ==>That makes more sense . Thanks. > > > > I had to buy the bioflavonoids, ascorbic acid and baking soda > > separately - I will pre-mix them, and take 4x1000mg per day with > > meals preferably. > > ... > > 1 part bioflavonoids > > 1.5 parts ascorbic acid > > 1.5 parts baking soda > > ... if I pre-mix large amounts of this as a powder this should be OK, right? ==>Do not mix up too much at once; when it turns yellow it is not good to use. Only make up 2 days at a time. I don't know whether your ratios are correct. But asocorbic acid and baking soda are mixed in equal amounts do if you mix up 2 days that would equal 8,000 mgs. You only need 1,000 bioflavonoids per day so the ratio to 4,000 mg sodium ascorbate for one day would be 1 part biof. and 4 parts sodium ascorbate. > > > > I'm not taking the oreganol or probiotics yet - I just wanted to > > check on the timings/dosage for when i do. I think I might be misunderstanding how vitamin C to take! Are you saying I should take 4000mg sodium ascorbate and 1000mg bioflavonoids, a total of 5,000mg? Or 1000mg + 3000mg, because in the files it says, " The best combination of vitamin C to take is 1,000 mg of a supplement containing rosehips, citrus bioflavonoids, hesperidin and rutin, plus 3,000 mg of sodium ascorbate = 4,000 mg total. " Thanks Bee, sorry for any confusion x

The amount of bioflavonoids in the vitamin C tablet is usually 250mg per 500mg of vitamin c. Bee
