When I first started taking the coconut oil, it tasted so good and seemed to

alleviate my

sweet tooth, so I increased the dosage much quicker than I should've, up to

3tbls/day. I

quickly got diarrhea, of course, but this didn't really bother me. In fact, I

started to feel

better: more energy, specifically. This went on for several weeks (and I was

also doing

garlic and rejuvalac), and it didn't bother me. But after so long I started

thinking I really

need to give my bowels a break. So I stopped taking any coconut

oil/garlic/rejuvalac

almost two weeks ago, but I still have diarrhea frequently! I haven't had a

solid bowel

movement in about a month. I still feel like I am getting better, though. I have

much more

energy and my tounge is less white. Don't have insomnia anymore either. My

arthitis is still

around, though. I'm not sure but there may be worms in my stool as well...I've

been

thinking maybe I need to examine closely and compare to pics of common parasites

(sounds like fun, huh!! :0 Should I try to diagnose the parasites? If I have

them, would

there be a specific treatment you would recommend? What else can I do, or is

this just

probably die off from the diet alone and should I just keep on going the way I

am now???

Also, my 9mo old baby, who I am breastfeeding, has not shown any major signs of

candida, but he has had a little bit of cradle cap, and maybe a little thrush at

birth. He's

only had minor diaper rash that clears up in a matter of hours with zinc oxide

cream or

plantain salve. He's just recently started eating anything more than nibbles of

solid food,

and he mainly just eats whatever I am eating. Which is my question; I know

babies need

more glucose for brain developement than adults, and mostly what solids he is

eating is

meat and fat. He eats a little veggies, but doesn't like them nearly as much as

meat. Daddy

also gives him raw almonds, which he likes. Is he getting everything he should

need this

way?? I am hesitant to give him much fruit b/c of course if he does have candida

it will

make things worse. He does get the occasional berry or apple bite; no really

sweet fruits

like banana. He seems really healthy, BTW.

Thanks so much Bee. This diet is really doing good things for me already.
