==> SG, if you would list the actual ingredients and foods in sashimi

I can help you.

In that case it would be fine on the candida diet.

Three days ago I just tried sashimi (and yes that is great for our diet). I had

stopped eating

sushi when I started on this diet 16 months ago. I had become a little bit

addicted to sushi

before the diet started and after I got off sugar, I figured sushi would not

taste nearly as

good without rice, soy sauce and ginger. But honestly I was surprised at how

good sachimi

was, only raw fish, lemon and the wasabi. BUT it was surprisingly close to

eating real sushi!!!

My only problem with going to a shushi restaurant to eat is that there is no

vegetables I can

eat there and I am unsure if the fish is farm raised. But for former sushi

lovers like myself I

can truly recommend sashimi as an alternative. I just hope I can order wild

caught fish if I eat

this again as I assume most sushi restaurants use farm raised fish cause it's

cheaper....
